Archive — Stowell Farms & Yad Hanadiv

These are two of Nat Rothschild’s UK Companies House appointments outside the Volex / Bumi nexus. Both link the personal-property side of the perimeter to the wider family-foundation governance.

Stowell Farms Limited

  • Companies House number: 14126592
  • Source: Companies House — Stowell Farms Limited (14126592)
  • Incorporated: 25 May 2022
  • Registered office: Stowell Park, Northleach, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, GL54 3LE (the Vestey estate Nat owns / runs jointly)
  • SIC code(s): 01500 (Mixed farming) — agriculture, not finance
  • Nat’s role: Director from 24 May 2022 — active

Why this matters: Stowell Park is the working agricultural estate in the Cotswolds owned by Nat Rothschild. The “Stowell Farms Limited” vehicle is the trading entity for the farm. It is a normal estate/agricultural company. Listed here for completeness — every active UK directorship Nat holds is recorded in this archive.

Yad Hanadiv (UK 06967089)

Why this matters: Yad Hanadiv is the English vehicle of the Yad Hanadiv foundation — the Israel-focused Rothschild family philanthropic foundation established by James Armand de Rothschild (the “Gift of the Hand”). The trust funds the Knesset building, the Supreme Court of Israel, and a network of cultural and educational institutions in Israel. The UK entity here is one of several arms; the principal trust sits in Israel.

Wider point on the family-foundation node: Yad Hanadiv (Israel side) and The Rothschild Foundation (UK, registered charity 1117744) are the two large family-controlled philanthropic vehicles. The Rothschild Foundation is the 11.1% Direct holder of RIT Capital Partners shares as of 31 December 2025 (see the RIT page). The combined family-foundation holding in RIT, per the FY2025 footnote, was 22.6% under Dame Hannah Rothschild’s family-office oversight.
